What is included with the welcome board hire?
Each welcome board comes with the board itself and a "How to Set Up" document.
How long is the hire period?
You can choose between 1 day, 2 days or 3 days. — perfect for setting up the day before your event and returning it after. Need it a bit longer? Just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you deliver and pick up?
We currently offer pickup only from the Russell Vale, Wollongong area.
How do I book a welcome board?
You can book directly through our website. Just select your event date, choose your board style (if multiple options), and we’ll be in touch to confirm the details.
Do I need to pay a bond?
Yes, a small refundable bond of $50 is required with your booking. This will be returned once the board is safely returned in its original condition.
What happens if the board gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen! If there’s any damage, we’ll assess the situation and discuss repair or replacement costs with you. Major damage may result in loss of bond or an additional fee.
Can I customise the message on the board?
Not just yet, we will get there eventually.
Do you do custom colour or design boards?
At the moment we’re only offering white boards with black cursive writing, but we’re always working on expanding our range. Let us know what you're looking for — we might be able to help!
